Inspired by the "Chief Cornerstone, the Lord Jesus Christ," Cornerstone Book and Supply has moved three times as the need for additional space has grown, since opening in a small store-front in 1976.

Its present location on Canton Road, just south of US 224, is a beautiful 8800 sq. ft. building situated on over two landscaped acres in a suburban retail area.

The building was designed by the owners, Bill and June Merchant, and built by their son's company, Merchant Construction, opening in the summer of 1995.

Cornerstone Book and Supply is known as a "full-service" store serving individuals and churches in the community, and is proud of its long association with its loyal customers, and its ability to provide them with goods and services in a timely and pleasant manner.

A plus for Cornerstone Book and Supply is the longevity of its staff- some with nearly twenty years of service- exhibiting product knowledge and real concern for each customer.

The introduction of this website will further enhance the ability of Cornerstone to serve by making it easier for customers to research and order products and services, and learn of upcoming events.
